If anyone’s keeping score, it’s wolf 1- elk 0.Last week, a wolf pack ran down and killed a young adult elk in the Chequamegon National Forest.That might not sound surprising, except it’s the first time that has happened in Wisconsin in more than a century.Mike Simonson reports from Superior.
