Casey Gallimore, Pharm.D., M.S. is an Associate Professor CHS at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy. Dr. Gallimore currently practices pharmacy at William T. Evjue Access Community Health Care Center where she works with the behavioral health team to provide coordinated psychiatric and medical care to patients within a primary care setting.
