Emmy and PGA award-winning screenwriter and producer Charlie Brooker created the critically acclaimed anthology series Black Mirror. The sixth season of the nine-time Emmy-winning show earned Brooker the Producers Guild of America Award for Outstanding Producer of Televised or Streamed Motion Pictures for Beyond the Sea. The highly anticipated seventh season is slated to premiere this year.
Brooker is also the creator of BBC/Netflix comedy series ‘Cunk on Earth,’ which recently premiered aspecial one-off episode ‘Cunk on Life,’ and C4 zombie horror Dead Set. He is the co-creator of Nathan Barley and the unfairly-overlooked (his words) A Touch of Cloth. As a writer-presenter, he dismayed viewers for years with his series of Wipe shows for the BBC. In a previous life, he worked as a TV critic, videogames reviewer and cartoonist, although not all at the same time.
