Chris Thornton is the co-host of the podcast, Carbface. He hosts it with Laurie Woolever who served as Anthony Bourdain’s co-writer and assistant. Bourdain also appeared on every episode of the podcast until he died in 2018. Chris has written for the food site Munchies. He and his wife were written about in the New York Times for their particular pie tradition. He is the father of three kids and loves slaw in all its forms.
