In an exceedingly rare move, a Kenosha judge has ordered a new trial for a Kenosha teen convicted of sexual assault after several jurors stepped forward to express misgivings about returning a guilty verdict. 

The site is about 6 miles south of a $3.3 billion Microsoft data center campus under construction in Mount Pleasant.

Sentencing for a 16-year-old boy convicted of sexually assaulting a male classmate in a bathroom at a Kenosha high school earlier this year has been delayed to give the defense time to build a case for a new trial.
