David Harris is a criminal law professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He has been researching and writing about the role of race in the criminal justice system for 30 years. He is the author of A City Divided: Race, Fear and Laws in Police Confrontations, which was published by Anthem Press. He’s the host of the Criminal Injustice podcast, which looks at efforts to reform the criminal justice system.
