Eric Toensmeier is the award-winning author of Paradise Lot and Perennial Vegetables, and the co-author of Edible Forest Gardens. He is an appointed lecturer at Yale University. Toensmeier co-wrote, “Farming Our Way Out of the Climate Crisis” with Project Drawdown.
