Francisco Guerrero is health coverage coordinator and Hispanic vaccine navigator for the Wisconsin Institute for Public Policy and Service. He is a coordinator with the Hmong and Hispanic Communication Network and vice president of Healthy Opportunities for Latin Americans (HOLA), which operates in eight central Wisconsin counties.
