George Yancy is a Professor of Philosophy at Emory University. His works are primarily in the areas of critical philosophy of race, critical whiteness studies, and philosophy of the Black experience. He is the co-editor of several books and is the author of a very controversial article published in the New York Times titled, “Dear White America.”
