John P. Carlin is the author of the book…Dawn of the Code War : America’s Battle Against Russia, China and the Rising Global Cyber Threat. He is a career federal prosecutor and the former Assistant Attorney General for National Security. He served as Chief of Staff for former FBI Director Robert Mueller and as National Coordinator for the Justice Department’s Computer Hacking and Intellectual Property program.
