Judith Sweet is a consultant for Title IX and gender equity initiatives. She previously served as the NCAA Senior Vice President for Championships and Education Services. Prior to that, Judy served as Director of Athletics at the University of California, San Diego for 24 years. She was the first female to run both the men’s and women’s programs. In 1991, she became the first female president of the NCAA. In 2009, she was inducted into the State of Wisconsin Athletics Hall of Fame.
