Margaret Ann Noodin is an associate professor of English and Director of the Electa Quinney Institute for American Indian Education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She also created the site ojibwe.net with a group of fellow poets and speakers to promote the learning and usage of the Anishinaabemowin language.
