Patrick Vander Sanden is the executive director of the Wisconsin County Highway Association. Patrick previously served as the Statewide Local Program Officer at WisDOT. The Wisconsin County Highway Association manages and maintains the state’s 19,700-mile County Trunk Highway System and the 11,800 miles of State Trunk Highway and Interstate Systems.
