Paul Farmer is a Kolokotrones University Professor at Harvard University. He’s also the Chair of Global Health and Social Medicine at Harvard Medical School. He’s also chief of the Division of Global Health Equity, Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. He co-founded Partners In Health, which is a non-profit organization based in Boston that provides healthcare in the poorest areas of developing countries. He experienced the 2014 Ebola outbreak firsthand in Africa as an international responder.
