Rob Ferrett

Rob Ferrett is co-host of “Wisconsin Today” on WPR News.

Rob started at WPR in 1999 as a morning producer for the Tom Clark Show. He went on to produce shows including Zorba Paster On Your Health and the Joy Cardin Show, and he served as a fill-in host on programs including the Tom Clark Show, the Kathleen Dunn Show, the Joy Cardin Show, At Issue, and Zorba Paster On Your Health.

In 2013, Rob co-founded Central Time with co-host Veronica Rueckert. For 11 years, Central Time was WPR’s live statewide afternoon talk show.

In 2024, Rob joined the founding team of Wisconsin Today, WPR’s morning news and conversation show with a strong Wisconsin focus.

Rob graduated from the University of Michigan and has a master’s degree in cultural anthropology from UW-Madison.

When not on the air, Rob plays the saxophone and piano, plays board games, cooks, and enjoys Wisconsin outdoors stuff!
