Rob Jackson is a professor and senior fellow at the Woods Institute for the Environment and Precourt Institute for Energy at Stanford University. He chairs the Global Carbon Project, researches methane emissions, and is the author of the new book “Into the Clear Blue Sky: The Path to Restoring Our Atmosphere.”
