Rue Mapp is founder and CEO of Outdoor Afro, a national organization that runs workshops, excursions and leadership training to connect Black people with the power of nature. She has been recognized with several awards and distinctions, including the Outdoor Industry Inspiration Award and the national Wildlife Federation Communication Award.
