Absent state senator checks in from across state lines

Wisconsin’s 14 Democratic state senators are now somewhere in northern Illinois. Their plan is to keep the Republican majority in the senate from passing a Governor Walker’s budget repair measure that would severely limit collective bargaining of public employees. Mike Simonson has the story.
