Congressman Duffy considers plans for unused stimulus money

Today was the second anniversary of the passage of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, dubbed the stimulus package. One Wisconsin member of Congress is sponsoring a bill to have all uncommitted money returned to the federal treasury. Mike Simonson reports from Superior.
