Recall vote could effect future elections

An unprecedented political period in Wisconsin ends a chapter tomorrow, when voters in six Wisconsin Senate districts go to the polls to cast ballots in recall elections. Some say the results could mean a new election calendar in the U.S.Chuck Quirmbach reports.
