Two women have accused a state lawmaker of kissing them without their consent, according to a report from The Capital Times.
The paper reported Friday that Rep. Josh Zepnick, D-Milwaukee, made the unwanted physical advances at political events in 2011 and 2015. The women chose to remain anonymous in the report. Both said they didn’t file a formal complaint after the incidents, according to the paper.
Zepnick told The Capital Times, “No legislative staffer ever confronted me with any such allegation nor did their employer.”
