Former Republican US Congressman Mark Neumann says his campaign to win the US Senate seat now held by Democrat Herb Kohl is gaining steam. Neumann held news conferences in Madison and Waukesha yesterday to talk about his plans to cut federal spending. Gilman Halsted reports.
