  Congressional Republicans included a repeal of the Affordable Care Act’s individual mandate in their tax overhaul plan that passed this month. Health care advocates have long worried that the loss of the individual mandate could signal the end of the ACA. But new analysis shows it might not have as big of an impact as previously feared. We speak with Philip Rocco, political scientist at Marquette University and author of Obamacare Wars, about the news.
