- 1 Head Cabbage
- 1 Pound Lean ground beef
- 1 Cup Chopped onion
- ½ Cup Instant rice, uncooked
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- 3 Cups Tomato juice
- 3 tsp Grated parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Chop cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
- Spray a 13 x 9 pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Spread cabbage in pan.
- Brown meat with onion; drain fat.
- Add uncooked rice.
- Season and stir.
- Pour tomato juice over and sprinkle with Parmesean cheese.
- Cover with foil; bake for one and half hours.
