Milwaukee restaurant Birch makes New York Times restaurant list
The Milwaukee restaurant Birch was the only restaurant in Wisconsin that made the annual New York Times list of best restaurants. This follows Birch co-owner and executive chef Kyle Knall’s nomination last year for outstanding chef by the James Beard Foundation. Knall joins us.
