The Blue Side

“The Blue Side,” hosted by Mary Flynn, strives to present the enduring tradition of blues and emphasizes out of print, non-commercial, or hard-to-find music. The program’s primary foundation is Chicago-style blues, as well as blues from throughout the U.S. and beyond. “The Blue Side” began in 1988 and has been on WPR airwaves since 1990.
