Veronica Rueckert and Rob Ferrett kick off a week-long series on Act 10 with two Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reporters who covered the events leading up to the signing of the bill and what’s happened since. They also learn about a project that aims to build tiny houses for the homeless. And they discuss some of the most prominent women in Wisconsin’s history in honor of Women’s History Month.
