Will new legislation fix the child care crisis in Wisconsin?
Last week, Republicans in the Wisconsin state legislature proposed a package of six bills aimed at making child care more affordable and accessible. Two of the package’s lead authors give an overview of the bills. Then, a professor of social work talks about the state of child care in Wisconsin and where we go from here.
