The Effects Of Fake Service Animals
As problems involving fake service animals have increased in recent years, some states have created laws criminalizing the misrepresentation of a pet as a service animal. Meanwhile, the issue has even come up before Congress; a bill introduced to the U.S. Senate this summer by a Wisconsin congresswoman addresses regulations on service animals and emotional support animals.
