SCOTUS Blocks Wisconsin's Voter ID Law For November 4th Elections
Wisconsin’s three-year-old voter ID saga took another twist Thursday night when the U.S. Supreme Court blocked the law from being implemented during this November’s Midterm elections.

Van Hollen has said he will continue to try to implement the law during the next three and a half weeks, but it is unclear how he would do that. Central Time’s legal affairs correspondent weighs in.
