Gas prices dip, Farm workforce bill awaits Senate vote

The Farm Workforce Modernization Act would create visa options for year-round dairy workers from outside the U.S. We look at the bill’s potential impact for Wisconsin’s farming industry. We also look at what’s behind a slight drop in gas prices and whether other costs could also come down soon.
