A race and ethnic studies professor joins the show to talk about a new project looking at the historical connections between 19th century farmers who relocated to Wisconsin, and Native Americans who were forced to relocate to the state over the same period. Then, we talk to a Wisconsin farmer about how to use flowers in your cooking in this week’s edition of Food Friday.
