Wisconsin’s legislature had a hearing on a new bill on Thursday that would make it illegal to distribute nude images of someone without their consent – even if the image was taken with consent. A bill similar to this was recently signed into law in California. It’s been called the “anti-revenge porn” law, because it prevents people from posting nude pictures on the Internet of their ex-partners as a form of revenge.
