In the Fall of 2017 the Chippewa Valley Writers Guild published their first issue of their annual print journal. We talk with the editor of the literary journal about its birth. We also recap the state news of the week and take a look at Wisconsin’s rainy day fund.

Russian internet trolls sought to stoke divisions online after the 2015 shooting of Tony Robinson in Madison and an incident involving a racist costume at a Wisconsin football game.
