Incarceration in America and Wisconsin is the focus of an exhibit currently on display in Stevens Point. The artist and architect behind the work joins us to share what he learned and what inspired these creations. Then we talk with a former prosecutor and law professor to discuss the challenges and changes we are seeing regarding incarceration in Wisconsin.
