Lung and pancreas transplants
UW Health surgeons have performed about three thousand pancreas and lung transplants combined since the 1980s. The Scientific Registry of Transplant Recipients ranked the programs nationally for patient survival and the amount of time patients spend waiting for a transplant. We talk with two doctors to learn more about lung and pancreas transplants.
