Wisconsin filmmaker screens movie, lobbies for tax incentives
Filmmaker Nathan Deming is promoting “February,” his latest in a planned series of short films about life in his hometown of Tomah. He’s also lobbying for Wisconsin to provide tax incentives for movies to be made in the state. We’ll also talk to Deming about the upcoming Wisconsin Film Festival.
