The Wisconsin Energy Institute is partnering with the Center for Environmental Policy at Bard College to hold simultaneous “global dialog” webinars. Across the world, experts will gather to offer local concrete actions to address climate change. We talk with a UW-Madison professor and student about what we can do in Wisconsin.
