Andrew Dunlap

Norman welcomes violinist Andrew Dunlap to WPR’s Performance Studio in Madison. He was a finalist in the 2013 Bolz Young Artist Competition, and is currently attending the Eastman School of Music. He’s accompanied on piano by Wayne Wildman. He will be performing at Silver Lake College in Manitowoc on August 2, 2014.

He performs the first movement from Brahms’ Violin Sonata No. 1 followed by Debussy’s Claire de Lune, Vitali’s Chaconne in G minor, and the third movement of Bach’s 2nd Violin Sonata in A minor. He ends with four Romanian folk dances by Bélla Bartók.
