Norman interviews violinist Augustin Hadelich. He’ll be performing Lalo’s Symphonie Espagnol this weekend with the Madison Symphony Orchestra with John Demain conducting. They discuss the origins of this piece of Spanish music written by a French composer, and listen to several selections for violin and guitar from his latest CD Histoire Du Tango. Hadelich performs with a Stradivarius violin known as the “Ex-Kiesewetter.”
