Lawrence University Musicians

Norman hosts a live program from Harper Hall at Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin. The program starts with pianist Jonathan Fagan who plays the Chopin Etude, Op. 10, No. 3. Then we hear the “Quartet Masque” with Andrea Johnson and Sophie Yang, violin; Kyle Stalsberg, viola and Mariatonia Longhi, cello. They play Hayden’s Opus 76, No. 5. Finally we hear from the bluegrass quartet “Involuntary String Band” with Martha McDonnell, fiddle, Davey Harrison, mandolin, Ilan Blanck, guitar and Nick Allen, bass. They play “Chinquapin Pie” and “You Are What You Eat.” All the musicians are students at Lawrence University.
