Guitarist Michael Kudirka is a historian, musician, and University of North Carolina School of the Arts assistant professor who resides part-time in Stevens Point. He is a founding member of the Helios Guitar Quartet and tours as half of the group Duo Amantis with Flutist Tara Schwab.
Mr. Kudirka will be performing and giving lectures at Wausau’s Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum in April and May as part of the exhibition “Medieval to Metal: The Art & Evolution of the Guitar.” Here’s a pdf of this exhibition and related activities.
