The Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra will be performing works by Ravel, Schumann and New York composer Tom Cabaniss tonight at 7:30pm in the Capitol Theater in Madison. Norman talks to Tom Cabaniss, composer of the work “Tiny Bits of Outrageous Love” for duo pianists as well as the pianists themselves, Jessica Chow and husband, Michael Shinn.
