Under a bill with bipartisan support, the state would once again pay young people to build trails, bridges and boardwalks on public land. WPR’s State Capitol Bureau Chief Shawn Johnson discusses the effort to re-establish the Wisconsin Conservation Corps. We also talk with an advocate for the proposal and get an update on the political process from one of the co-sponsors, Republican State Rep. Joel Kitchens.
