The World Health Organization recently released new guidelines calling for strict limits on antibiotic use in animals raised for food. Our guests explain the history of antibiotics use in animals and how it evolved the way we eat. We also discuss the pros and cons of WHO’s guidelines and what sort of change we can expect to see across our farm animals and diets and how this will impact countries across the globe.
