Milk is at the center of so much in our lives, and is often portrayed as the “wholesome” beverage in American culture. And yet, these days, controversy surrounds it at every turn. Think fights over pasteurization, breastfeeding, or even the supposed health benefits of drinking milk as an adult. But conflict over milk is nothing new, according to our guest.
