It’s been five years since the election of Pope Francis, the charismatic and highly-visible leader of today’s Catholic Church. During his tenure, Francis has shaken up some of the church’s long-standing traditions and taken steps to be more inclusive, but he’s also been criticized by some for not doing enough to address things like sex abuse and women’s issues.
