Former state Sen. Tim Cullen discusses his new book about Janesville and its decades-long history with General Motors before the company closed its massive factory in 2008, eliminating thousands of jobs. Cullen recounts women and African Americans breaking barriers at the plant, and some of his family’s own stories.
