24/7 Wall St. came out with an index measuring the quality of life in hundreds of U.S. cities based on crime, economy, education, environment, health, housing, infrastructure, and leisure. The results? Milwaukee is the tenth-worst city in the U.S. to live in. But… Is it really? We talk to a Milwaukee-based urban planner about the vagaries of these kinds of rankings — as well as the good, bad and ugly things about state’s biggest city.
