Governor Asks Legislature To Return To Madison To Pass Kimberly-Clark Incentive Bill
Gov. Scott Walker wants the Legislature to return to vote on a $100 million tax incentive bill before the end of the month for a Kimberly-Clark paper plant open in the Fox Valley. We turn to WPR News’ State Capitol Reporter to look at the latest on this proposal, which stalled in the Senate earlier this year because it didn’t have the votes to pass as is.
